This course is ideal for students looking to take their first steps into the world of Carnatic Music.Entry level foundation course for students who are ready to start right at the beginning and do not have any prior experience learning Indian/Carnatic music, covering the lessons/exercises to understandind the building blocks of music, which are the 7 notes.This course will help students understand the concept of Pitch (shruthi) and position of notes and also help in being able to identify them. To learn a few of the basic Swara patterns (saralivarisais) in the Ragam Mayamalavagowla along with its scale (arohana and avarohana).
