There is so much to enjoy and learn through festivals. For children, festivals are opportunities to enhance their horizons of knowledge. Occurring periodically, festivals teach children the concept of seasons, the diversity of traditions and customs, and the beauty of art and craft. Through this course, children will not only learn about the festival of Sankranti but also learn Sankranti songs from different regions of India. They will indulge in an art/craft activity and also dress up and perform the songs in the concluding session.
