By the end of this course, students will be able to:

<li>Understand  formation of Raga.</li>
<li>Learn Melody and enjoy singing 'in tune'.</li>
<li>Learn and sing popular songs enjoyed by children.</li>
<li>Perform and showcase their knowledge in front of an audience.</li>
</ul>

Children enjoy melody and rhythm. This course is defined with the objective of introducing music to children using methodology that is fun and uses both guided-learning and self-learning. The latter by providing the learner opportunity for learning using  the OM (Online Music) Book - a self-learning manual which contains instructional material in audio-video format, recorder for individual practice, feedback and assessment. The course culminates in a performance that showcases musical abilities developed by the children.
