After 7 long years, we’ve finally seen justice done for Nirbhaya. But as a society, we still have a long way to go. We need to grow awareness about how society treats each of its participants: women or children, the old or the weak.

A few months ago, we launched a lyrics contest - Anthem Against Rape - to raise our collective voices against rape. We got a wonderful response and have our winning lyrics.

We now are calling out to all the musicians and composers out there to give a beautiful melody to these lyrics.

Terms & Conditions

Participants should be 18 years of age or more.
The participant may submit only one composition per registration.
The maximum duration of the composition should not exceed 5 minutes.
File size should not exceed 15MB
Acceptable file format: mp3, m4a, wma, amr, wav
You can upload/record only a single composition of your song for feedback. Please ensure that you upload the correct file. No requests for changing the file that is submitted initially will be entertained.
Only tunes composed for the lyrics given above would qualify.
Each submission gives you access to feedback for one composition only.
Multiple songs will be considered as separate entries and the contest enrollment fees will be per entry.
Any complaints related to the feedback will be addressed according to the discretion of the Academy.
The decision of the winner will be done on the basis of parameters set by the academy.
The uploaded content will not be returned to the student and will be archived. The Academy reserves the right to use the rendition as it deems fit.
