The Raga deep dive courses are aimed at internalising Raga concepts. Bhupali also known as Raga Bhup is one of the first Ragas to be introduced to a student of classical music. The Raga can take the listener into flights of imagination with just five Swaras weaved into myriad patterns and expressions. Raga Bhupali Bada Khayal is explored with Aalap and Bol Aalap. Paltas and a variety of Taan patterns are practised to perfection in Drut Laya. The Chhota Khayal included in this course are lyrically and melodically rich. Learn a Tarana set to Ektaal.
